Sigma Nu at Duke

 

Chartered in 1871, the Gamma Chapter of Sigma Nu is the oldest fraternity on Duke University's campus. Through sponsoring inter-campus events, hosting parties, and performing comminity service, the Fraternity plays a large role in campus life at Duke.

 

Sigma Nu's vision is Excelling with Honor and its mission is to develop ethical leaders inspired by the principles of Love, Honor and Truth. The Fraternity fosters personal growth by providing leadership opportunities while perpetuating lifelong freindhsips. The Gamma Chapter of Sigma Nu is one of 172 active Sigma Nu chapters and one of 17 fraternity chapters recognized by Duke University's Interfraternity Council.
